Woman killed in head-on crash, – What they discovered on her Facebook page left everyone stunned

Courtney Ann Sanford, a 34-year-old woman recognized for her driving proficiency, sadly passed away in a vehicular accident. At the time of the incident, she was listening to Pharrell Williams’ song “Happy” and chose to share her thoughts about it on social media.

She took a selfie and captioned it, “This song makes me happy!”

Sadly, that brief moment of choice proved deadly.

Just a minute later, Courtney’s vehicle struck a truck at approximately 60 km/h, causing her car to be thrown into a ditch and subsequently crash into a tree. The catastrophic collision ignited her car, and unfortunately, she was unable to escape, resulting in her untimely death.

Upon being notified, her family discovered her final Facebook post, which coincidentally aligned with the timing of the incident. Law enforcement stated, “The post was made at 8:33 AM. We received the emergency call at 8:34 AM.”

This young woman’s tragic passing is a stern reminder to never text while driving because no text is worth a life.

Engaging in texting while operating a vehicle poses a significant risk not only to your own safety but also to that of your passengers, pedestrians, and fellow motorists. It is imperative to maintain your full attention on the road. Remember that driving entails a serious obligation, rather than merely a habitual task.
